Does this guide apply to your appliance?
Match the brand, device type and complete display code. The same code can mean something different on another product family or market; a series name does not confirm every model in that series.

Likely causes
- Water collecting in the bottom base tray activating anti-flood protection
- Water supply hose leaking or loose at the tap or appliance connection
- Laundry caught between the door glass and rubber seal causing a leak
- Damaged, torn, or deformed rubber door seal (bellow)
- Excess detergent foam interfering with the water level pressure sensor
- Faulty water pressure switch or blocked pressure chamber
What to try
Inspect water supply hose and plumbing connections
Easy- Turn off the water isolation tap and unplug the washing machine from the mains socket.
- Pull the machine forward carefully to inspect the rear water inlet hose.
- Check both ends of the inlet hose to verify that the threaded couplings are secure and not dripping onto the rear panel or floor.
- Inspect the entire length of the inlet hose and drain hose for splits, wear, or kinks.
- Ensure the inlet filter screens inside the valve and hose connector are clean and free of sediment.
Drain water from the bottom tray and check for trapped laundry
Moderate- Unplug the appliance from the electrical mains and shut off the water tap.
- Lay a large, absorbent towel on the floor behind the washing machine.
- Carefully tilt the machine backward so the front feet are raised roughly 10 to 15 cm off the floor.
- Hold the appliance in this tilted position for 30 to 40 seconds to allow pooled water in the bottom safety tray to drain out onto the towel.
- Gently lower the machine back to the floor and wipe up any spilled water.
- Open the door and verify that no clothing items were caught between the door seal and the front glass.
- Reconnect power and water supplies, then run a short cycle to verify if the code clears.
This step is marked caution. Stop if you are not qualified to continue.
Examine the door seal and check for excess detergent foam
Easy- Switch off the appliance and open the door.
- Inspect the entire rubber door bellow seal for cuts, punctures, foreign objects (such as pins or coins), or signs of deformation.
- Check inside the drum for excessive foam, as over-sudsing can disrupt water level pressure detection; if present, run an empty rinse cycle once drained to clear detergent residue.
- If the door seal is torn, cracked, or leaking, cease using the appliance and contact an authorized service technician for a replacement.
