Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to understand what their appliance is telling them, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technology.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA wherever the technology and content allow. Automated checks help find problems, but they do not replace hands-on testing and feedback from users.
What has been done
- A full right-to-left Hebrew version and a left-to-right English version, each with the correct page language declared.
- A logical heading structure, ordered lists for troubleshooting steps, and links with meaningful names.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the category menu.
- High-contrast text colours and a layout that adapts to small screens and enlarged text.
- Safety warnings are conveyed in text, not by colour alone.
Known limitations
Third-party ads and components, when shown, are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet the standard. Some manufacturer sources we link to are PDF files outside our control.
Reporting a barrier
Found something hard to use? Tell us through the contact page. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, your device and browser, and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within a reasonable time and to provide the information in another way in the meantime.
