Reporting a wrong error-code explanation
Tell us the manufacturer, the full model number (usually on a label inside the door or on the back of the appliance), the code shown, and what you think is wrong. If you have a link to the manufacturer's official manual, please include it.
Safety concerns
If a step on the site looks unsafe, say so in the subject line — safety reports are handled first. In an emergency, such as a gas smell, smoke, or sparks, do not wait for a reply: disconnect the appliance if it is safe to do so and contact emergency services or a qualified technician.
Privacy, accessibility, and rights
For a privacy request, say what you would like to access, correct, or delete. For an accessibility report, include the page, your device and browser, and what you were trying to do. For a copyright notice, include the page address, identification of the original material, and the basis of your claim.
What we cannot do
We do not provide personal remote diagnosis, book technicians, or sell parts. For service and repairs, contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or personal information that is not needed to handle your request.
